Tanner Parkes: Getting Ready To Compete Again
Today is arm day. Tanner flexes his 19-inches-arms and smiles. 20-year-old bodybuilder Tanner Parkes (Height: 5'9, highest off season weight: 223) is getting ready for contests again, and gives an update on his progress. "I have been working on bulking and now starting my cut for April 2011 shows." In this video he does cardio (always 20 minutes before and after workout), hammer curls, which belong to his favorite exercises, tricep pressdowns, and bicep curls.
